The Department of Health Management conducts education, training, and research at the undergraduate and graduate levels, advancing knowledge on the management of health services and organizations, and maintains its position as the first and leading department in this field in Turkey. Through both its undergraduate and graduate programs, the Department aims to educate highly qualified professional health managers for the health sector at every level — individuals with a well-developed sense of identity and character, who are self-confident, who know their country and the world well, who embrace contemporary and universal values, who research and question, who possess the knowledge, skills, and vision to manage health institutions, who use a foreign language proficiently, who have a production-oriented entrepreneurial spirit, who have developed communication and leadership skills, and who are equipped with the principles, concepts, knowledge, and skills required for their profession.
