Students from Hacettepe University, including those enrolled in other faculties, may apply to the Department of Health Management Minor Program provided that they:
have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.70,
have successfully completed all courses in their major undergraduate program,
are not enrolled in another minor or double major program, and
have not received any disciplinary sanctions.
Applications are evaluated according to the department's quota for the relevant academic year. The quota may not exceed 20% of the department's annual undergraduate admission quota, and admissions are based on applicants' cumulative grade point averages.
Registration for the Minor Program is carried out simultaneously with undergraduate course registration.
Students applying for the Minor Program must submit two application petitions to the Departmental Minor Program Coordinator during the registration period.
After one petition is signed by the student's academic advisor, the other petition must be signed by both the Minor Program Coordinator and the Head of the Department offering the minor.
To complete the Department of Health Management Minor Program, students must successfully complete the 21-credit / 32-ECTS curriculum listed above.
All courses in the program are required.
Even if students have already completed these courses as part of their major program, they cannot be counted toward the minor program. Since the major and minor programs have separate academic transcripts, students are required to take these courses again to fulfill the requirements of the minor program.
The Department of Health Management Minor Program has been in effect for students enrolling beginning with the Fall Semester of the 2021–2022 Academic Year.
